PayPal -: Paying by PayPal is the quickest way for you to receive your order. Credit Card -: If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay by credit card through PayPal. UK postal order-: Uncrossed postal orders are treated as cash once received. UK personal cheques:- take SEVEN WORKING DAYS TO CLEAR Bank Transfer -: BACS transfer can take FOUR WORKING DAYS TO CLEAR and notification reach us before we can send your order. This is SLOW due to the delay in the banking system. You must write the item number on the cheque or as the reference on the bank transfer. We request that you make payment within 7 days of the listing end (unless otherwise agreed)- any payment not made within that time frame will void the sale Please note that we will file Unpaid Item Reminders and ultimately for Final Value Fees if payment is not made
Shipping
We post / ship to UK Ireland and Europe only, Monday to Friday and as soon as possible after cleared payment has been received. Please feel free to contact us for postal discounts on multiple orders. Usually we dispatch next business day after receiving cleared payment. During busy times this may be 2/3 days after cleared payment is received. We email each customer when their order is processed for dispatch. All items are carefully wrapped / packaged. We use Royal Mail, & Parcelforce Courier. Items will be dispatched next day after Public Holidays. Damaged items MUST be reported within 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. Should your order be lost or damaged in transit we will provide a free of charge replacement or refund on the lost/damaged items. Claims for damage must be made within 24 hours of receipt and we may ask for a photograph or return of the items in way of proof. BFPO pleases contact us for details
Terms of Sale
We promise to provide clear accurate descriptions as given by our suppliers, produce informative photographs and dispatch your item(s) as quickly as possible after payment has cleared. We promise to communicate in a polite and friendly manner (and expect the same in return). We have a maximum order of 5 of any individual item unless pre agreed .
Returns Policy
Returning A Faulty / Damaged Item. Damaged items MUST be reported within 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY. If you need to return a faulty item or damaged item Package the item appropriately. Enclose a brief note explaining the reason for the return and if you require a repair or replacement. This enables us to dispatch your new goods as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Just Changed Your Mind -: Item must be returned unused, unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. This gives you enough time to let us know about the cancellation and post the item back to us. Buyer pays all postage and packing costs as we give accurate descriptions of the items we sell. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions. We will protect your privacy. We do not trade, sell, or rent personal information such as your name, email address or purchase history under any circumstance.
